Looking for an 02tii

I know of it from a brief viewing last summer. The chrome waist trim is easily rectified, but will cost around £500, maybe there is some negoiation in the price to allow for this and the welding.
 
You also need to find out the cost of the welding and if it has a current MOT - otherwise worth a lot less without one.
 
Good Tii's are few and far between, so you need to do your homework and save as much as possibly to afford the best one available. Don't argue over a few hundered pound as it could take you another 6 months to find one. But be sure it's the one you want and you are happy with it for the price.

The new forum has a wanted section too I might add. One question though, do you have any info on your previous tii? Reg/VIN etc as it would be interesting to see if it's still in regular use. If it was mine then I'd love to speak to you as my history is somewhat limited!

Jump on the other forum Felix and put a post up. I would go for as original as possible with a Tii as a 'correct' car will be an investment. Obviously dependent on what you are buying to car for etc
