Guys & Gals, I have managed to get hold of some very good cylinder heads for M10 engines. First come, first served before I stick them out to the World. No. 1: 121 '71 42mm Inlet valves.

I have a cylinder head which I took of a 02 years ago, the car was left hand drive, caged, stripped interior etc had twin webers etc, think probably a track day car, the head had been rebuilt with...

Hi William, The critical thing about cylinder heads is that they need to be straight and the heads can only be skimmed a few times from a max head thickness of 129mm to a max of 0.3mm (0.012 thou).

 Hi William You shouldn't need to retorque the cylinder head bolts as long as you follows the guide!

Just a quick question. I am rebuilding a cylinder head at the moment. I will be putting in a 292 cam. Were can I buy uprated valve springs form ?
